Diaphragm valves are primarily used in sterile applications in the pharmaceutical, food, and biotechnology industries. These valves are used for the handling and distribution of ultra pure media, such as in the fields of semiconductors and microelectronics, as well as for applications in the field of fine chemicals. Depending on the version selected, they are suitable for ultra pure water (Water for Injection), ultra high purity chemicals, intermediate and final products in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, food processing, and the chemical industry. The valves can be sterilized and autoclaved within the bounds of their technical use parameters. Aseptic diaphragm valves are also used successfully as control valves in sterile areas.

Forging body blank is through a piece of stainless steel ingot, in the forging process, along with the high temperature forging provide, through extrusion blank shape change, through the forging after body density higher, the structure is more uniform, no sand hole and other impurities. Then through the processing centre carry on the high precision maching.

Casting body is made by the mould paraffin wax model, paraffin wax model infitration in ceramic, to let the whole body wax mold surface form a layer of strong ceramic. Melt wax mold, then into the melting of the stainless steel solution, after cooling knock off the appearance of ceramic, blank body is made uo.
Casting size is very accurate, the outward appearance is a smooth, clean and tidy.

Diaphragm valves (or membrane valves) consists of a valve body with two or more ports, a diaphragm, and a "weir or saddle" or seat upon which the diaphragm closes the valve. The valve body may be constructed from plastic, metal, wood or other materials depending on the intended use.

Originally, the diaphragm valve was developed for use in industrial applications and/or pipe-organs. Later on the design was adapted for use in the bio-pharmaceutical industry by using compliant materials that can withstand sanitizing and sterilizing methods.

Diaphragm valves can be manual or automated. Their application is generally as shut-off valves in process systems within the industrial, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and biotech industries. The older generation of these valves is not suited for regulating and controlling process flows, however newer developments in this area have successfully tackled this problem.
